How much does the legal advice cost?
45 minutes cost €135 plus VAT. The initial call beforehand is free.
How does the appointment with the lawyer work?
By phone at the agreed time. Send a short summary of your question and any important documents in advance, so you can make the most of the time.
What if 45 minutes aren't enough?
Then you arrange further advice or a mandate directly with the lawyer, on their terms.
Can I set up my company straight after the legal advice?
Yes. Once your questions are answered, we set up your company with you, from the articles of association to the Handelsregister, the German commercial register.
Is the conversation with the lawyer confidential?
Yes. Lawyers are bound by professional secrecy (§ 43a Abs. 2 BRAO).
